We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, or biometric identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  1. Provide the Service – deliver answers, troubleshoot issues, and personalize guidance.
  2. Operate & Improve – monitor performance, train staff, and develop new features.
  3. Compliance – maintain A2P messaging logs, satisfy CTIA/TCPA record‑keeping, and meet legal obligations.
  4. Security & Fraud Prevention – detect spam, abuse, or unauthorized access.
  5. Communications – send administrative messages (e.g., policy updates) and respond to "HELP" requests. No marketing SMS is sent without your explicit, separate consent.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

We process information:

  • With your consent (e.g., you text us first or provide data voluntarily).
  • To perform a contract (the Terms of Service).
  • To satisfy legal obligations (TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles, tax law).
  • For our legitimate interests (security, service improvement), when they do not override your rights.

4. How We Share Information

6. Security

  • TLS encryption for messages in transit between our infrastructure and service providers.
  • AES‑256 encryption at rest for databases.
  • Role‑based access controls; employees access data only on a need‑to‑know basis.
  • Annual penetration testing and SOC 2‑aligned controls.

No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Your Choices & Rights

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we've collected such data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

We store and process data in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the U.S.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via SMS ("POLICY UPDATE" message) or on our website. Continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance.
